Guess what?! Pete Finestone has a brand new band that formed back in 1997. And get this, they just finished recording their very first LP! How awesome is that? They’re hoping to release it on Pete’s own label, Low Blow Records. According to Pete, the music has a similar vibe to later Bad Religion stuff – you know, melodic and with some killer songs at slower tempos. And get this, all the current Bad Religion members have heard the material and they absolutely loved it! Pete even wanted Greg to sing backups on the album, but unfortunately, he couldn’t get a hold of him. Poor Greg was super busy in early 1998, finishing up No Substance and dealing with a bunch of other stuff. So, no backup vocals from Greg, but hey, the album is still gonna rock!

I’ve been lurking on that site for over 20 years and if you’re into Bad Religion as much as I am, I’m sure you’re familiar. If you are not, go there right now and never come back to this site again. You should, and I totally understand.
