Guess what? Joe Murray is not just your average artist, animator, writer, and producer. He is the brilliant mind behind the creation and animation of the iconic Nickelodeon show “Rocko’s Modern Life”! How cool is that?
But wait, there’s more! Murray also had the amazing opportunity to collaborate with the legendary punk rock band Bad Religion. He created the artwork for the European cover of their album “The New America.” Can you imagine? The cover featured children saluting the American flag and holding guns, but it was deemed too controversial for Atlantic Records. So, it ended up being used for the European version instead. Talk about making a statement!
Oh, and did I mention that Murray also worked his artistic magic on the cover of Graffin’s first solo work, “American Lesion”? This guy is truly a master of his craft.
