Guess what? General Andy Wallace, the super talented studio engineer, has had the incredible opportunity to work with some of the coolest bands ever like Nirvana, Sonic Youth, and the Rollins Band! How awesome is that? Not only did he produce and mix the mind-blowing album Stranger Than Fiction, but he also played the Hammond organ on the song with the same title. And you won’t believe how he landed this gig – he mixed a version of “American Jesus” and sent it to the band while they were on their Recipe for Hate tour. And guess what again? That very version can be found on the album Christmas Songs. How cool is that?
